UV Printing Prices and Policies
Basic UV printing jobs are priced based on substrate size, and weight. Please use our contact page to request quote for your project.
Prices
As of May 01, 2022 new price structure in is effect, this apply to any existing orders, and overrides and special pricing prior given windows live mail windows 10.
Standard Print (no white ink) – $22/sqf
Standard Print (with White Ink) – $25/sqf
Double Density White or Black ink $28/sqf
Exact or Close or Calibrated color matched prints – $50/sqf
Pantone color (digital mix) – $150/sqf + $2,500 setup fee
Items smaller then 3sqf will be charged higher rates and subject to per job quotes. Min charges will apply.
Glass, metal, wood, acrylic thicker then 1/2″ incur additional charge 25%
Items longer then 72″ on either side incur additional charge 25%
Items heavier then 20lbs incur additional charge 25%
Items with irregular shape (anything other then square or rectangle) incur additional charge 25%
Any job that require delivery earlier then 1 week is considered rush job and will have additional charges Download traincraft. Certain jobs we can do same day or while you wait.
Jobs that require phone support or originated though phone call order will incur additional charge 50%. Please use email and contact form to submit your jobs or questions.
Color matching service is $250 per hour

Payment Terms
As of May 2022 all our jobs require full payment to start production, job will not go to print until its fully paid, this includes rush and emergency job. Sun Studio accepts, credit cards (online only), checks or cash. Any time estimates assume job is paid at time of estimate, if payment is delayed then time estimate is void wireless display.
Samples
Free samples vs paid samples. Sun Studio provides option for 2 (TWO) 2×3″ free 1/4″ glass sample printed on our stock. We can print solid CMYK color or (Benjamin Moore, Sherwin Williams interpreted color code*) or your art work. Any sample after 2 pcs will be charged $25 each pacybits 20 herunterladen ios. If we need to print samples on any other material, stocked or provided by client minimum charge will be $250. There could be few prints per min charge, to get exact cost please use contact page to get quote for samples. Please note small size samples not always fully representative to large size, also keep in mind commercial paint code are related to 3rd party companies, interpreting code and printing on various substrate will have different color and visual affects.
Color Matching
If you need very close or exact color matching please be sure to indicate it in your quote request. By default we just print job in approximate colors. If exact, or close color matching service was not requested we will charge for any reprint, no exactions will be given! Please remember what you see on your computer screen is not same color as print, what you printed else ware may not be same color as we do print.
Returns and Refunds
All print jobs are custom made orders, those are not returnable, refundable and can not be canceled. All reprints are billed as new project. All sales are final.
File and Graphic Design
If your jobs required design work, such as you don’t have print ready file, cost for design service is $250 per hours. In most cases we do not know how many hours your project is needed. If you wish to use our in house designer we will bill per hour spent regardless of outcome of design work, this induces any design consultations.
Material Drops Off
If you supplying your own material (bringing on your own, sending via carrier or factory delivers to us) we will need project slip attached to each peace of material. If project slip is missing we will charge $50 per item that we need to identify what to do with it and who it belongs to. In addition we are not responsible for your material if it did not have project slip. Material without project slip that we can not identify what project it belongs to will be disposed, we will try our best to identify material but if we cant we will not store your material. Please be sure you attache project slip to it.
Storage Fees
You have 1 week (5 business days) to pick up job once it is complete. If job not picked up in time we will charge $25 per item per day. If job is 3 glass sheets size 12×12″ (small glass) and you miss your pick up window you will inure $75 per day cost. This process is fully automated in our billing system we can not adjust charges regardless if excuses what it was not picked up on time. Please pick up complete items on time to avoid fees. This does not apply to jobs that are set for delivery either by common carrier or company truck.
